Mongolian Koyashai Massage -
This face and feet massage is used by the nomadic people of Mongolia where it has been used for thousands of years. Taught by the family, each families massage varies, so theres no wrong way of performing it.
Translated, Koyashai means "Sun & Moon", it uses the meridian lines (invisible energy paths) of the body to bring balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit, supporting the bodies natural ability to heal itself. Korean Hand Massage -
The hands and feet are map of the body, as in reflexology, certain pressure points are used, each relating to a different part of the body, pressure on these points relay energy along the meridian lines to that part of the body. In 1971, Dr.Woo Tae Yoo, a Korean acupuntcurist developed this method of hand massage, it is simple, easy to do at anywhere and time. Benefits include reduction of stiffness, improved flexibility and circulation and balancies the energies within the body. The client remains clothed.
Tibetan Acupressure Head Massage -
Tibetan head massage is a combination of traditional Tibetan massage and modern western techniques, it differs from the Indian head massage, although covers the shoulder, neck, head, throat and upper arms. The benefits of a Tibetan head massage include, bringing balance to the body, mind and soul, very relaxing, relaxes facial and scalp muscles, improves circulation. It can be performed using oild in the hair or not, old clothing is recommended if you wish oils to be used. |
